Our work in Banking has spanned 4 key areas: Regulatory Change, Systems Implementation, Process Improvement and Organisational Design.

• Regulatory Change: Over recent years regulation and compliance has become a key driver for change within banks. We have worked with our clients to achieve successful Basel II compliance and deliver Data Warehouse Solutions in support of financial reporting requirements.
• Systems Implementation: In this more traditional area of change for our clients we have provided full project lifecycle support covering business analysis, solution design, testing, training, data migration, and project & programme management. We have also supported business areas with Implementation Planning and in Workflow Solution Design, Build & Implementation.
• Process Improvement: We have supported our clients in end-to-end Process Re-engineering; Customer Operations Management; Customer Operations Optimisation (including MI Design and Operations Best Practice Guidance). We have specific experience of Secured Lending processes, including the associated credit policy compliance.
• Organisational Design: Over our 12 years of experience we have helped our clients implement their desired strategies. This has included Outsourcing (both onshore and offshore) and Centres of Excellence. Additionally, we have worked in the initial phases of Target Operating Model definition.
